"After having my baby, I just..."
After having my baby, I just wanted to feel like myself again, and this really helped, more than I expected. It made things feel normal again, and I’m so glad I tried it...
"Good workouts, but the directions could be clearer"
I like the idea behind the workouts, and overall they’re decent. But some of the instructions had me stopping to figure out what I was supposed to do, or whether I was doing it right. It’s not bad, just feels like it could be explained a little better than... especially for someone who’s newer to this stuff...

"I really liked the trimester-specific workouts and felt..."
I really liked the trimester-specific workouts and felt like they were easy to follow as my pregnancy changed. I can’t say they weren’t helpful, because they definitely were. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey.

"Kinda easy to fit into most days"
I like that I can pull up the workouts on my phone easily, even on days when I’m tired and don’t feel like doing much. The only thing is I kinda wish they loaded a little faster sometimes
"Keeps me coming back"
It’s been helping me show up again and again. I actually kept going, and I felt accountable, like really accountable, in a way that made a difference.

"Loved the workout tweaks"
The exercise modifications were seriously a lifesaver during my pregnancy. I could still get moving without stressing out or feeling like I was doing too much. So glad I found this, it made things way less scary.

"Helpful, but sorta vague for getting back into workouts"
It covers the basics well, but I was hoping for more specific exercise steps. It’s useful overall, just sorta lacking the detail I needed to feel confident jumping back into a routine...

"Nice workouts, but I’m unsure about the value"
I used the subscription for a few months while I was pregnant, and overall the workouts were easy to follow. I did like that they felt geared toward pregnancy instead of just being regular fitness videos with a label slapped on.
That said, I’m still not totally convinced the price makes sense long term. Some weeks I used it a bunch, and other weeks barely at all, so it started to feel a little expensive for what I was getting. It’s a decent app, but the quality and value probably depend on how often you actually stick with it.

"Decent workouts, but I wasn’t always sure"
The workouts were okay overall, but some of the moves made me feel a little unsure, haha. A few felt totally safe and manageable, while others made me nervous and I wasn’t always confident I was doing them right.
"Good workouts, but I don’t really trust the layout"
The workouts themselves are actually good, and I do like using them once I can find what I’m looking for. But the layout is messy enough that it’s started to make me lose trust in the app a bit. Some days are easy to follow, then other stuff feels hidden or buried for no clear reason. I shouldn’t have to poke around every time just to figure out where to start. It works eventually, but it doesn’t feel smooth or reliable
"Friendly group, just not always super helpful"
I joined thinking it would be a really active support group, and at first I assumed the quiet days meant nobody was around. But the people who do reply are nice and friendly. It’s just a little hit or miss sometimes. I didn’t always get the help I was hoping for, but it was still comforting to have during pregnancy.

I reached out and they got back to me much faster than I expected. They were helpful and made the whole thing feel easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt taken care of and relieved.

"Helped me feel less scared"
I found Expecting and Empowered when I was feeling really unsure about working out while pregnant. I’d tried following random pregnancy-safe workout advice in the past, but it always left me second-guessing whether I was doing the right thing.
The workouts and little tips made me feel like I actually had some guidance and knew what I was doing. I’m definitely not perfect with it every week, but I feel so much more confident moving my body now. I’m really glad I gave it a try.

"Helpful programs, but the price is hard to justify"
I’ve been using the programs they’re helpful and easy to follow. That part I do like. My main issue is the cost, it feels a little too high for what’s included. I ended up reaching out about pricing because it just didn’t feel very budget-friendly, and I may escalate my complaint if there aren’t better options or discounts offered. It’s not a bad product at all, but I’d probably only buy again if there was a cheaper plan or a better deal available.

"As a pelvic PT, I’m pretty..."
As a pelvic PT, I’m cautious with pregnancy workout programs, and I’m always a little worried something is going to sound legit but end up being misleading. This one has felt really solid to me. The workouts are clear, safe-feeling, and not intimidating. I’ve recommended it to clients, i use parts of it myself too

"Helpful, but a bit pricey"
Overall, I’d say it was fine. It definitely helped and did what I needed, but the price felt a little high for what it was. Not a bad experience, just not sure I’d call it a great value

"I started doing these workouts while I was..."
I started doing these workouts while I was pregnant because my lower back was really bothering me, they helped so much. The exercises were easy to follow and never felt like too much, which I really appreciated. I’m just really happy I found something that made me feel more comfortable and supported.

"Such a time-saver lately"
I've been using this a lot more recently, it's been a lifesaver. My schedule has been packed, so I really appreciate that the workouts are quick and I don't have to overthink anything. I just open it, follow the plan, and get it done. Especially on busy days lately, it's made working out feel way easier to fit in...

"I used Expecting and Empowered mainly for the..."
I used Expecting and Empowered mainly for the strength training, and overall it was easy to follow. After a few weeks, I did notice I felt stronger, especially in my legs and core, so in that sense it definitely did what I hoped it would do.
That said, some of the workouts started to feel a little repetitive for me. I also found myself wishing there were more ways to adjust the difficulty, because if you already have some lifting experience, I think programs like this can feel a bit limited after a while.
It helped me stay consistent, which I really appreciated, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t assume it’s going to be the perfect fit for everyone. It’s good, just not amazing for where I was at, so 3 stars feels about right.

"Easy app I’ve actually stuck with"
I’ve been using the Expecting and Empowered app throughout my pregnancy, and it’s been really easy to keep up with. The workouts are simple to find, the videos load without any issues for me, and I like not having to guess what I’m supposed to do next. It also updates with each week, which makes it feel like it’s actually made for where you are in pregnancy. I’m guessing they probably had pregnant women testing it, because it doesn’t feel overcomplicated or unrealistic. Nothing flashy, just a solid app that helps me feel more comfortable and confident moving
